How It Works
1. Inquiring
The first step to securing Mariah's Florals for your wedding or event is through our contact form! On this form, you'll want to include your wedding date, venue details, along with LOTS of inspiration. A link to your Pinterest Board is best, the more visual inspiration you provide, the more amazing designs we can dream up!
2. Connecting & Consultation
Once you have sent in your questionnaire, you will receive an email introduction. From there, we will discuss a time and date that works well for your initial phone connection.
3. Floral Proposal
Following your consultation call, your floral proposal with be prepared for you including a detailed breakdown of the cost of your floral investment. We usually need at least a week to create your custom quote so that we can design something uniquely tailored to your wedding.
4. Booking
To ensure that your experience with us is seamless, all bookings are done electronically. Once you have approved your proposal you can E-sign your contract and complete your initial retainer electronically.
5. The Final Details
One month prior to your wedding we'll check in to confirm all the fine details of the wedding and talk through any changes or additions you may have. This helps us to ensure that everything we have designed, fits seamlessly into your finalized wedding vision.
6. Wedding or Event Day
The culmination of all our planning comes together with our expert implementation to create an event that is extraordinary. Mariah's Florals draws the inspiration from working with dream clients like you!

Smaller size weddings - with a smaller wedding party, moderate ceremony florals such as two ground arrangements, simple reception such as bud vases or small centerpieces, small candle votives

Medium size weddings - with a wedding party of five or more, statement ceremony floral installations such as an arch, lush receptions centerpieces or elevated arrangements, candle votives and taper candles
